أرجو من أصحاب الخبرة مشاركة توجيهاتهم ، هنا بعض المواضيع ولكن أنتم أخبر بأهم المواضيع اللي لازم ننتبه لها:

سياسة الإرجاع:

في حال طلب العميل إرجاع منتج، هل يعود إلي أم إلى المورد الأصلي؟

كيف تتم عملية استرداد المبلغ؟ وهل أكون مسؤولاً عن تكاليف الشحن؟

التحديات المحتملة:

ما هي المشاكل الشائعة التي قد أواجهها في هذا النظام؟ (مثل تأخير الشحن أو مشاكل الجودة)

كيف أتجنب تعطيل حسابي بسبب مخالفة سياسات أمازون المتعلقة بالموردين؟

نصائح للبداية الصحيحة:

ما هي أولوية العمل قبل نشر المنتجات؟

كيف أتحقق من موثوقية المورد قبل التعاقد؟

How to get the product qualification for different kinds of products for bathroom and kitchen scene to enter into Saudi Arabia as well as the platform qualification for Amazon? We couldn't find its analogues and related series of products in the product compliance reference of the Saudi site. Could you please provide detailed information on the prerequisites for selling products for bathroom and kitchen scene in Saudi Arabia?

Hi Amazon team,

with comparing Amazon platform with others in KSA, we noticed that there are some things need to improving to be peter than them

So we have some suggestions that need considerate from your side.

1 - in adding new products section , there are many items still not available in Amazon catalog specially in Mobiles sections and these items are running and they are fast moving.

example : (Mobile phone : HONOR X7c 5G (8+256) GB FOREST GREEN )

2 - in adding new products section , still there items under HAZMAT status due to batteries information but in other platforms these items available in their catalog without any issues and having good sales rank also.

example : (Mobile phone : Honor 400 Pro 5G (12+512) Grey )

so you have tack action immediately in above matters.

Hello everyone, I just want to share my experience with seller support.

My account is at risk of deactivation due to late shipping rate.

First of all I'm new seller on amazon and I faced this issue to the very first time my account is at risk of deactivation and I tell you the reason of it. I fullfil my orders on the same day when I received sometimes in just one to 2 hours but due to late pickup by amazon team my account is at risk of deactivation. I choose Easyship method to fullfil my orders and every single time amazon team pickup orders late and my Late Dispatch Rate is increasing. someone please tell me what can I do now and how to solve this issue?

Anyway i feel so disappointed and injustice by support team. how easy your account can be suspended by false informations and you can't do something about it.
