Hi,
We had been trying create some SKUs in Amazon Saudi Arabia, same SKUs that we sell over 16+ Amazon markets, same EANs, Same ASINs and same SKUs.
Amazon shows us error where "item_name" value conflicts with what's on Amazon vs Marchant value (probably 90205 and 8541 error).
Now, Amazon suggested titles have following issues:
1. Those titles are in other European languages, and Amazon SA supports only English and Arabic Language title (item_name) value
2. Length of many of amazon suggested item names is more than 200 characters, so it won't work
3. Those titles aren't part of our catalogue in any country; we have no idea where amazon imported them from.
When I create those ASINs with any random SKUs, listings get created but when I used our standard SKUs (which are uniform in all Amazon countries) I get this item_name conflicting issue.
I have been communicating with Amazon seller support from more than a week, they asked me every kind of documents, for example our brand's affiliation with those EANs, GS1 certificates, our website, documents to verify our right to list those EANs, then do this and provide us batch ID do that and then batch ID. I've provided them everything but still there is zero progress they are going in circles with me. reply with same thing that i've already addressed number of times or give me replies that seem stupid and i can tell by looking at replies that they didn't even read and understood my issue.
What i tried:
I uploaded file, without title (item_name), same error.
I uploaded file, amazon suggested titles (item_name), same error.
I uploaded partial updates, same error.
I uploaded full update files, same error.
I uploaded with ASIN as product_ID, same error. (both full update and partial update)
I uploaded with EANs as product_ID, same error. (both full update and partial update)
I uploaded same file with random SKUs, no error, listings get created but they are of no use to me because SKUs should be uniform for our brand is our brand's internal policy.
It is really frustrating. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?
