السلام عليكم

أنصحكم يا أخواني عدم شحن أي جوال من مخازنك أو منزلك لأن العملاء النصابين والمحتالين سيسرقون جوالك ويعيدون لك سماعة بـ5 ريال أو علبة شامبو أوي أي شيء آخر وسيستلموا أموالهم كاملة من أمازون التي ستخصمها منك وعندما ستطالب بتعويض لن تناله في معظم المرات دون اسباب واضحة وكل مرة سيختلق لك فريق التعويضات سبب أو مشكلة ويرفض مطالبتك وينجو اللص بسرقته

أقسم بالله أن خسائري معهم كثيرة ومتعددة مادية ونفسية وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

We’ve noticed that the new flat file version doesn’t include all backend fields. For instance, the Category Listing Report shows only 5 bullet point fields, while our listings have 7.

Please provide the complete list of all backend fields available in the latest flat file version, as there may be additional missing attributes.

للاسف هذا يرضي من ان تقوم امازون باخذ البضاعة سليمة مني ثم ترجعها خربانة من الشحن وتخصم ثمنها وترده للعميل وهو ليس له ذنب لكن لماذا يا امازون تخربين البضاعة في الشحن وتحملين التاجر ثمنها لماذا هذا ظلم ولن اقوم بشحن بضاعة أخرى معكم هكذا

كتاجر في أمازون، من الضروري جداً أن تفهم ايش المنتجات الي تحتاج موافقة خاصة قبل أن تتمكن من إدراجها. 🚀 بيع منتجات غير معتمدة قد يؤدي إلى تعليق حسابك أو عقوبات أخرى، لذلك البحث المسبق هو خطوتك الأولى للنجاح!

إليك أهم النقاط التي تحتاج لمعرفتها عن المنتجات المقيدة في أمازون:

كيفية التحقق من حالة الموافقة ✅

عند إدراج منتج جديد في Seller Central (مركز البائع)، ابحث عن هذه الحالات:

  • "غير متوفر": ⛔ لا يمكن إدراج هذا المنتج.
  • "بيع هذا المنتج": 🎉 مبروك! لا توجد حاجة لموافقة.
  • "التقدم بطلب للبيع": 📝 تتطلب موافقة. اضغط على "إظهار القيود" لمعرفة المتطلبات بالتفصيل.

فئات شائعة تتطلب موافقة 🔑

بعض الفئات الأكثر شيوعاً تحتاج إلى موافقة مسبقة. كن مستعداً إذا كنت تخطط للبيع في هذه الأقسام:

العملية أبسط مما تتصور! اذهب إلى الكتالوج > إضافة منتجات، ابحث عن منتجك، واضغط على "التقدم بطلب للبيع". املأ النموذج، وارفع الوثائق، وانتظر من 2-7 أيام للمراجعة. كل هدي المعلومات موجودة في الفئات والمنتجات التي تتطلب الموافقة

كن على اطلاع دائم 🔍

نكتب هذه الرسالة ونحن نشعر بخيبة أمل وقلق شديد من تكرار الأخطاء داخل مستودع جدة 4، والتي أصبحت تؤثر بشكل مباشر على أعمالنا وثقة عملائنا.

نحن من البائعين الذين لديهم مخزون كبير داخل مستودع جدة 4، ونستثمر مبالغ ضخمة لضمان استمرارية البيع عبر منصة أمازون.

ومع ذلك، واجهنا مؤخرًا مشكلة خطيرة مع المنتج B0FPDNR6WY (فرشاة أسنان 6 قطع)، حيث تم استلام الشحنة بنجاح ثم اختفى المنتج بعد طلب إعفاء من المواد الخطرة.

هذا الخلل تكرر أكثر من مرة مع منتجات مختلفة، مما تسبب لنا في خسائر مالية كبيرة وتعطيل واضح في المبيعات.
