I am a seller from UAE and I sell products in UAE and KSA amzon marketplace, for KSA, I used self ship option and all orders are delivered, but due to one order delayed customer complained and amazon.sa put a hold on my payment of SAR 6,831.46 (Reserved) SAR 15,529.50 (Deferred Payment) and my account went under review on June 12, despite providing delivery proof such as customer acknowledgement and courier information, my company trade license, bank account letter, my appeals keeps getting rejected. I don't know what exactly to resubmit.
These are the details amazon asked me.
Proof of delivery or validation of the currently uploaded tracking information.
Provide supporting documentation, including, but not limited to, your business website, email, or company bank information.
copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters issued by your supplier within the last 365 days.
Proof of delivery and shipping documents should include the buyer's confirmation of receipt or proof of delivery documentation.
Amazon.sa is rejected my appeals send through both mail and dashboard.
Please guide me what exact document I am missing, so that I can include those details too.
