My store is inactive due to a brand issue. The affected ASINs are generic, and the brand Amazon claims is nowhere to be seen. I've submitted all the documentation, but it's not valid because Amazon, considering it a brand, won't accept an invoice from my supplier (which isn't from the brand).

I don't know how to fix the problem and reactivate the account.

Has this happened to anyone else and can you help me?
