I am writing about this A to Z warranty claim I received

My customer first opened a claim because it would be delivered late and their claim was accepted immediately,

I then contacted the customer and told them that the order would be delivered the next day and the order was delivered a day or two later, the customer withdrew their A to Z warranty claim and stated that they received the product and even called Amazon and said that they withdrew their claim

They even left positive feedback about it.

But this A to Z warranty claim is still not removed from my account and the amount withdrawn has not been credited to my account.

Please review and check the feedback

I want the amount withdrawn to be credited to my account and removed from the ODR rate on the account as soon as possible because we have resolved the entire issue with the customer and my customer is happy.
