OTDR - how do I fix this when I ship orders same day?
Whenever I get an order, I pack and drop off the orders to the shipping service the very same day. I won't say the orders actually ship that same day because some days its the weekend, so I know the package is sitting in the collection box until Monday. So is there a setting or something that I'm missing because somehow my OTDR is 93.83% even though I quite literally never leave my orders to be fulfilled longer than 12 hours. I still work a day job, so I pack orders and drop them off after I get home. Am I messing up because I never change the ship date on the "buy shipping" page to the following day? I just leave it as the current day. Is that messing up the calculation? Is USPS or UPS the ones messing up and just delivering late?

Until they are scanned by the shipper they haven't "shipped" When you print the label or drop them off is irrelevant, its only when scanned the first time that matters.

Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR)
Hello @Seller_17BknIXJkS4YT. OTDR measures the percentage of your tracked seller-fulfilled units that were delivered on or before the seller-promised "Deliver by" date. OTDR is the average of all of your tracked shipped units, not just a specific SKU or shipment.
It is a different metric than Late Shipment Rate, which represents orders ship confirmed after the expected ship date as a percentage of total orders.
