Have you checked with the FDA to see what the labeling requirements are for your product type?

Yes, the seller us ultimately responsible to make sure that product and packaging meet all rules and regulations, both those imposed by law, and those imposed by Amazon.

The manufacturer will have to mark them appropriately or they may not get admitted into the country.
