Safe-t-claim
So I filed a safe-t-claim, claim # 21832-36251-6228912. the refund was issued under a general adjustment with no other information given. As I have to explain every refund to my supervisors, this type of category is unacceptable to them. I filed the claim trying to get more information on why this refund was issued and the reason given why my claim was denied was because it was not covered by the CSBA program. Other than the safe-t-claim, how would I go about getting the information without constantly getting the run around I normally get when I contact support?

If you use CSBA, then you give them the ability to do whatever they want to appease the buyer. If they didn't give a reason, then they probably use "general adjustment".

Sounds like your supervisors don't understand anything about selling on amazon. All they need to know is that amazon can at any time give customers refunds and allow them to keep the merchandise in the name of "customer satisfaction" weather we like it or not.

Hello! @Seller_Ua6zplYfJ8NDd
This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post, I am sorry no additional information was provided to you regarding the refund.
I can only see on my end that Customer Service refunded the buyer as "General Adjustment". Looking into the SAFE-T claim it looks like you ended up winning the appeal, the refund was credited back to your account.
Let us know if you need additional support.
