Fraudulent A-Z claim

I have received an A-Z claim from a buyer who claimed the item was not delivered to him. The same buyer has openly admitted that he received the item but it did not meet his expectations. We have granted him a prepaid return label for him to return the item but he instead opened this A-Z claim. Please find the relevant screenshots attached. If you look at the order ID you'll see that this is for the same order. I have already submitted an appeal but I have an history with A-Z team where they disregard my evidence and back the buyer regardless so I want to get help here.

UPDATE: The claim was granted as usual, Amazon's A-Z team is the most useless group of people I've ever come across in my life so this decision is not surprising. Here's their reasoning:

"We reviewed the details for this claim and found that you did not respond to the buyer’s with a valid local return address before the claim was filed (false, we provided a return address). If you do not have a return address in the (KSA), you must offer a pre-paid return label (we did). You can also issue a refund without asking the customer to return the order (why the hell would I?). This choice may be less expensive for you. To help Sellers avoid any potential or unnecessary A-to-z Guarantee claims (good job with that), we ensure that Buyers first contact you and wait for 48 hours for a response prior to being eligible to file a claim. You are required to provide a response to this contact."

This is a massive joke and I hope the agents here are at least people who actually wish to help.
