No Invoice Uploaded in Manage Orders

I was just checking the “

img

” page and noticed something odd. The “Order Status” on all of the orders, except the 2 most recent, say “Payment Complete” in green - no problem there. But the 2 most recent orders say “No Invoice Uploaded” in orange, with the option to upload an invoice.

We have never had to upload any invoices for previous orders, so we’re a little confused as to why this has happened. It’s also not clear if the customers have paid or not: since they don’t say “Payment Complete” like the others; and they’re orange, not green like the others

Do we need to create invoices to upload? Have the customers paid? Is this an error/fault on Amazon’s part?

For this issue, I have opened a case and got an official amazon support response that as per policy, seller is responsible to upload invoice (as per ZATKA standards) for all orders. Currently Amazon SA market place does not have any option to upload invoice automatically.

As a seller, we have to upload invoice for each order manually. I understand this pain as I am also suffering from it but we have to bear this until amazon will bring some automation or you look for any services offering in selling partner app store.

If you find any automation options, kindly do posted here so that it will be beneficial for everyone.
