AWD Shipment Lost after delivery
Hello,
I am asking for help for an AWD Shipment. I think the carrier delivered the goods at the same time as other sellers deliveries (probably FBA) without having correctly entered the Shipment Information in Carrier Central.
I have opened several cases but the answer to the case is always "Upon investigation, I see that for shipment there is no appointment created and you have chosen Non amazon partner to deliver the shipment".
But I shared screenshot of the appointment confirmation for my Shipment with ISA number, POD, BOL and all Shipment informations. Impossible to know if it's a technical issue FBA / AWD or if it means that the carrier provide me the wrong documents.
