A+ Brand Content stuck on "There is currently a bulk action in progress on this content."

A+ Brand Content gets endlessly stuck on "There is currently a bulk action in progress on this content” after submission. And the previous Brand Content campaign I tried submitting was stuck for WEEKS - until amazon rep advised me to delete it and create a new one (which I just did - and the new one is also stuck for days). I suspect it is glitching. Can someone at amazon take a look and see how to keep it moving? Campaign name: “Go-Parts New”

Can I please get an amazon rep to help? please check support case ID 17092521411 , your usual support reps are having me run in endless circles for weeks now, endlessly repeating same advice that has failed previously
