Whats wrong with warehouse LBE1?

My shipment which shipment ID is FBA1855RDQBT has delivered to LBE1 warehouse on 3rd.July and still have not been received in, and result in the out of stock situation in PRIME DAY and influence my selling, It tooks 4 days for the 2 package from China to USA by plane, but waited 20 days outdoor and still haven't been received on. I just wonder what's wrong with this warehouse, anyone work there?
