Shipment not received in 12 days after the delivery IN WAREHOUSE LBE1
I sent my shipment(ID: FBA18SVQ2L3W) to LBE1 on Jan 20th, it was delivered on Jan 25th. But it is still not checked in till now.
The seller support replies"If your carrier tracking information says "Delivered", it implies that our fulfillment centers have your shipment. However, it can take 5-10 days (or more depending on the volume of the shipments) after the shipment is received to begin processing and only then will your shipment status change. During peak season, our fulfillment centers will process shipments as soon as possible after the shipment arrival, but it may take longer due to higher volume than usual." It had been 12 days. Is it peak time, i don't think so. How could it be so slow. Please help @Bryce_Amazon
