Amazon had removed my listing after approving all the required documents for Baby Lounger.

Amazon had removed my listing after approving all the required documents for Baby Lounger.

I had given all the required documents to Amazon like CPC, Product Manual Installation Instructions, Images, etc. They initially approved them as well. So, I started the manufacturing of my products. And, when I shipped them, Amazon removed my listing stating that it is not adhere to the Amazon policy. How can Amazon contradict to their own statement.

My baby product has all the certificates required but still I am not eligible to list them. WHY?

Amazon removes all these baby sleepers, they don't really care what name you all give them to get around the law that forbids their sale in the US.

Hello @Seller_hDFuIIvwAT05v- thanks for looking to the forums for some guidance on this, and I am glad to see the insight shared in this, and your original thread on this topic. Moving forward, please do only create a single post to forums around an issue, in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

Please see our policy for Infant inclined sleep positioning products, which I believe is the policy that would be impacting your listing:

"Our policy for infant inclined sleep positioning products

Customers have to be confident that they’ll find a selection of safe, reliable, and compliant products on Amazon. We don’t allow the listing or sale of non-compliant or prohibited products. In the interest of safety, infant inclined sleep positioning products are prohibited, this includes infant pillows or cushions if they have one or more of the following features:

  • Flexible fabric covering: The term “fabric” includes those materials covered by the definition of “fabric” in section 2(f) of the Flammable Fabrics Act
  • Loosely filled with a granular material, including, but not limited to, polystyrene beads or pellets
  • Easily flattened
  • Capable of conforming to the body or face of an infant
  • Intended or promoted for use by children under one year of age
  • Makes claims to help treat or improve flat head or plagiocephaly

If you believe that your product has been incorrectly classified as prohibited, submit the following information to highrisk-childsafety@amazon.com:

  • A list of the ASINs that you believe have been misclassified
  • An explanation of why you believe that the ASINs have been misclassified
  • Evidence to demonstrate that the ASINs have been misclassified"

Let me know if you have any additional questions on this topic, and thanks again for coming to the seller forums!

Best,

Danny
