fragile items not properly wrapped
rookie here.. i just sent my first box to amazon fba with 30 fragile ceramic items... i didn't do my research on how to prep fragile stuff. I wrapped them into some bubble wraps (not enough) but mostly cushioned them apart from each other with paper and some i placed in the box without even wrapping them thinking that in fc they would bubble wrap it before they send it to costumer. i mean it was super securely cushioned in the big box but not individually... they already received and checked in all products and it says reserved bc fc transfer.... i guess they have seen the items one by one then... what will happen next? do i have to do anything?

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide more info on this. Amazon will not bubble wrap the items for you unless you specifically request and pay the fee for prep service of bubble wrapping. For fragile items I recommend sellers bubble wrap the products themselves or ship them in an external box for extra protection.
