Shipment Received But Inventory Disappeared After Going Live
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing this appeal regarding a very serious issue with one of my recent FBA shipments. My shipment was sent to Amazon on 2nd July, and by 6th July, all units were marked as received and became live for selling. However, shortly after becoming live, the inventory status suddenly changed to FC Processing, and then it completely disappeared from all inventory views.
Currently, the inventory is not showing in FC Processing, Reserved, Available, or Stranded – it has completely vanished. To make things worse, the shipment has also been marked as Closed, even though the inventory has not been made available for selling again.
I already opened a case 4 days ago, and despite the urgency, there has been no response from your team. I was previously told to wait 9-10 days on an earlier issue, and even then nothing was resolved. This repeated negligence is unacceptable.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter. Where has my inventory gone? Why is it not available for sale, and why is there no update? This is directly affecting my business operations and causing financial losses. I expect a proper update on this within 24 hours, not automated replies or unnecessary delays.
Please take this matter seriously and resolve it ASAP.
