$1150 surcharge on ups ground saver?

Hi,

i just saw this in amazon help pages.

Note: Shipping a package via UPS® Ground Saver that exceeds the specified weight and size restrictions will incur an "over maximum limits" surcharge of $1,150 from UPS.

So if you make a mistake it costs you $1150? Thats insanity.

How can I get rid of ups ground saver option?
