We need help resolving an ongoing issue with one of our listings. Initially, we received Restricted Product Policy Violations due to a disease claim in the product title and detail page. To address this, we contacted the Account Health Specialist Team, as we didn't see an option to submit the MSDS and FDA-related documents through the usual process.
Before sending our stock to Amazon, we encountered a similar violation, but we were able to resolve it simply by submitting the required documentation. However, this time, after sending in our inventory and even making a sale, we received another violation.
During our call with the Account Health Specialist, we were advised to send the documents to pars-rp-core-sellerappeals-transfer@amazon.com, which we did within 24 hours of removing the disease-related claim from both the title and product details.
Unfortunately, over the weekend, the listing became inactive. The status now shows:

We are not accepting applications to sell:
- Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
- Other Human Ingestible in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Please note that this product is FDA compliant and enrolled in the Amazon Brand Registry, yet the listing has not been reinstated. This feels unfair, especially considering we've already sent in a full pallet of stock to Amazon, and now the inventory is not only inactive but also stranded.
