Removing a single word from an ASIN description.
The fun with Amazon continues. I have two ASINs that were flagged as pesticide. More than ten calls and support tickets later we have determined that I comes down to one keyword in the listing.
Recommended changes : Kindly remove the claim " bifenthrin" from product description attribute in the detail page for possible reinstatement.
This word does not exist in the listings. The rep I spoke to yesterday stated this word was removed from the listing in 2018, 6 years ago and cannot be removed.
We are unable to remove something that doesn’t exist. On phone they are unable to make sense of the SS email replies asking for this keyword to be removed as it doesn’t exist. The issue is always escalated to a department that does not take phone calls. That department continues to reply with the same request. They want this word removed.
Feedback on how to remove something that doesn’t exist would be appreciated. We are stuck.

I just wanted to stop by and see if you still required assistance with the two ASINs that were removed for being flagged as a pesticide?
I did review the ASINs and your Account Health Dashboard and the ASIN's appear to be live and there are no open action items on the dashboard.
