VINE Enrollment Issues
I'm getting a 414 error when I enroll my product in the VINE program, the case response is confusing to me, does anyone know what it is?
CASE "17601907511" Response Content: "
I understand that you have contacted us regarding Vine enrollment error 414 for ASIN US marketplace.
After careful review, it is found that the ASIN is not stamped with a global catalog owner identifier (aka "gcor_id") for which you have Brand Representative role in Brand Registry.
We request you to back-fill attribute value "global_catalog_owner" for the ASIN and try enrolling the ASIN for vine program.
Thank you for reaching us, have a nice day!"

From what I can see, you are an Authorized Reseller for the brand in question.
According to our Brand Registry Selling Roles page, a Seller needs the status of Brand Representative in order to have Vine capabilities.
I recommend you reach out to the brand owner to change your role if you'd like to use Amazon Vine!
