Account deactivated "section 3" product authenticity customer complaint - Need advice
I had an issue with my account since 17th of January 2025 . which has been deactivated " section 3 " due to product authenticity customer complaint . for 4 ASINs .
1 of them which is currently available. and 2 are old ones which was appealed before. and 4th one they sent me several e-mail that after they review they found it has been resolved . but in account it still locked.
and since this date i did many appeals to amazon seller performance support . and i sent all required documents and follow up with account health support through calls to verify about required documents and what should do ?
but actually all appeals amazon reply general reply that these documents "documents do not have enough information" . i did all ways to send . " invoices , letter of authorisation , registration of brand for import" , proof of invoice verification with method , sometimes also support team advice to send invoices scanned and also sometimes they request to send its original pdf , bank statement, shipping documents tracking proof,....."
actually on daily basis im following up with team. some of them are cooperating and others reply its amazon policy and not allowed to be shared with seller.
latest advice was from support agent to send bank statement with invoices up his review with team who verify appeal request.
also i have requested to raise my issue. and they replied me by call . that they didn't accept documents .
since also same invoices have been verified for brand approval request before almost 3, 4 months.
now i feel that i reached the end as they don't support anymore .
only request documents and once day start they reject it without clarify any reasons. and even if i send to them to let me know if there's additional documents or required details .
if anyone has experience with similar case .
hopefully to hear from you how to reach to my aim. and solve this issue.

it will not get activated they make their mind it will be not opened , and if they ask papers they ask without propose so that you dont go court ,,
try after one year only ,, and dont pay any one any money no one can open it ,, one person commented here he is a fraud

As I contact with all departments in Amazon but nothing news
And I need help to continue my account to be activated and issue to be solved . I did all upon policy and terms and faq
So if anything else you have to let people know about that not letting me staying to think for nothing . Cooperate with your seller team and account .

To request the account reactivation you'd need to provide valid documents. What I suggest is that you verify that what you provided meets the required criteria, in order for your appeal to be approved.
