Need Help with Reactivating Product Listings Due to Authenticity Issue

Hello Seller Community,

I am facing an issue with reactivating one of my product listings. The problem started when I received a notification from Amazon regarding a complaint about the authenticity of the product, and I was asked to provide documents to support its authenticity. The product was purchased from a seller on eBay, and therefore I do not have an invoice from an authorized supplier as Amazon requires.

I want to clarify that none of the units of this product have ever been sold. I have proactively withdrawn all related inventory to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies. I have tried several times to submit what I have, including screenshots of the order and purchase details from eBay, along with my commitment to withdraw the product from inventory and not sell it again. However, I always receive a response indicating that the documents provided are insufficient to address the complaint.

Recently, I received a message from Amazon stating that they no longer accept a Plan of Action (POA) for these cases, and they are requesting invoices from authorized suppliers that reflect sales volume over the past year, which is something I cannot provide due to the nature of the purchase.

I am here to ask for advice from the community or if anyone has had a similar experience and how they managed to resolve it? Are there any additional steps that could help convince Amazon to reconsider? And is there a more effective way to communicate directly with Seller Support in such cases?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me solve this issue

nope, just accept that you violated the amazon police and the account health violation will be removed. if you have an inventory in FBA, you will lose it, that's what happened to me

Hi @mystore_sa ,

From my understanding, you'd have 2 options: either contact the entity you bought your products from and request the related invoices, or, acknowledge the policy violation.

Regards,

Noor
