Rollo labels printing too light
Hello, I use a Rollo thermal printer to print my seller-fulfilled shipping labels. However, despite tweaks to my printer settings, they continue to print very light (as if in a draft format). If I send something from another website to print on the same printer, the labels are much darker.
Is anyone else having this problem and if so, what did you do to correct it?
I can't even locate the label settings here on Amazon to have a look at them, and I've spent quite a bit of time searching!
Thanks in advance...

Because of slow USPS Christmas deliveries... my OTDR (On Time Delivery Rate) is below 90% and I got the warning that my "account is at risk of deactivation", so I started using Amazon labels today for the first time after selling for nearly 20 years and I have the SAME problem. Labels from PirateShip, Ebay or Stamps dot com all print BEAUTIFULLY, but Amazon labels look like my printer is on its last legs. I use a Zebra LP2844.

Hey @Seller_ECpZfAGVpmah5,
This issue has actually been raised occasionally over the years, I found this thread from 5 years ago. There are some suggestions to try and re-size the label, but also general dissatisfaction with the printer in general. I might suggest reaching out to Rollo support to see if they have any recommendations?
