A-Z claim granted and counted against our ODR even though we used Amazon's Buy Shipping

@Glenn_Amazon@Tatiana_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon@Danika_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon@Seller_RjiirawEkjS3a@Danny_Amazon@Blake_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon@Jim_Amazon@Manny_Amazon

We have an order ID: 114-6672294-4133020 hat was shipped and scanned on time using Buy Shipping. Unfortunately, the carrier was unable to deliver the package so the customer filed an A-Z claim which was granted. The claim was then incorrectly counted against our ODR which it should not have been. We have appealed this claim with no success and we use Amazon's Buy Shipping specifically to avoid these issues. If one of the MOD's could take a look at this and escalate it to the A-Z claims team for review we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you-

Hello @Seller_TUTOFB6eCuTkg- thanks for posting about this claim experience. To help me understand and represent this case from my end, can you help by elaborating the course of events when you mention that the carrier was unable to deliver the package? Was there an issue with the customer provided address, or some other reason why tracking shows the sender requested the item be returned to them before redelivery could be attempted?

Thanks in advance!
