Publishing error with printify
I sell fbm, for the last week, every time I try to post a TShirt from printify to Amazon, I get a publishing error. I reached out to printify and they gave me a stock answer: you are trying to post a listing twice..... Or check with Amazon support.
I reached out to Amazon who told me they had no idea why this would be happening. My account is in good standing with a good gtin exemption. (things printify told me could be an issue)
Side note, 7 days ago, I was able to list, no issues, then it was like a switch flipped. And if I try to list other products, a mug, no problem, it posts fine.
I have heard nothing from printify (and I send a "what's up) short note each day. I have tried changing the vendor inside printify, or tshirt brand, but still publishing error.
I have used printify from the start of my store so Its a bummer and extra work, but working on switching to printful or starting an Etsy store. I don't know what else to do. If anyone has a thought or insight, please share.
I work very hard to follow all of Amazon's rules to stay in compliance, just never thought my print provider would be an issue.

I’m having the same issue. It started about 10 days ago for me (the last week of Feb. 2025). Prior to that, I wasn’t having any issues. I tried publishing again today and now I’m seeing that while a parent/child variation is being created, it’s only listing 1 color, out of the 4 that my product comes. The Printify portal shows an error and says to try again later.
I may try to re-publish just the colors and SKU’s but am thinking that if anything, it will create listings that won’t be included within the existing variant group.

I’m having the same issue . I’m new and had a great experience until yet. I posted 25 products and now every thing I post gives error message.
