In my previous correspondence, we were told: " Upon resolution you can add ship from address to workflow. I have recreated a new work flo, and the same error is still coming up:

Amazon has told me this is known error, but could not tell me when this will be cleared up. We are losing sales.

Check your ship from address.
If you don't have a phone number included with your ship from address, add one.

Thank you for reaching out about that "Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable" message.
Please note that your Ship-From address must now contain a phone number to book the Partnered Carrier shipment.
When you create your shipment, you will receive a "Check ship-from address" warning if all information isn't available. If you continue past this warning, you will need to recreate the workflow if you wish to use a partnered carrier. You also have the option at this point to use a non-partnered carrier.
