Amazon logistics palletization
I am planning to plan via AGL first time. My supplier is only sending boxes/Cartons and No pallets. When I send to Amazon using AGL, it allows me to select only LTL OR ftl and no SPD.
Questions 1: Does LTL always mean pallets are required?
Question 2: There is a palletization check box on AGL info on "Send to Amazon", if checked does it mean Amazon will do the pallets if supplier just provides the cartons with products?
Question 3: Supplier is not at any of the Amazon provided port cities, does it mean I will need to book FOB incoterm with the Supplier to ship to Amazon closeby port city?
Please help answer.

All partnered carrier shipments not delivered by small package carriers must be loaded on pallets. Seller requirements for LTL, FTL, and FCL deliveries.
No, palletized boxes refers to boxes being stacked and attached to pallets based on operation requirements. Amazon Fulfillment Centers cannot currently accept ocean container deliveries.
