I've looked through the help pages and here's what I found:
The main documentation requirements can be found in Dangerous goods required information and documentation. Under "Information required for new listings," you'll need:
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or battery exemption sheet
- Lithium Battery Test Summary (UN 38.3)
- Complete battery information during listing creation
For the battery-specific requirements, check out Requirements for lithium batteries. The help page mentions that lithium batteries "are always subject to specific transportation requirements" and must:
- Meet IATA DGR packing instructions 965-970
- Have watt-hour ratings within Amazon's accepted limits
- Be properly classified as either "contained in" the flashlight or "packed with" it
