We had signed an agreement with a manufacture in Japan to sell their products. The company has had their brand and trademark registered with the Japanese government. Is it possible for us to apply Brand registry with Amazon without Brand's ownership? Or the Manufacturer has to apply themselves then give us the permission?

Our goal is to use A+ content for our store.
