General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)-CD player
The item I am selling comes with a remote control which has a button cell battery, and I am currently being asked to upload a GCC certificate for the item I am selling AISN, as the product itself does not have a button cell battery, just the remote control as an accessory which has a button cell battery, I have uploaded the GCC certificate and report for the remote control. But the auditor rejected my report and asked for a report that matches the ASIN picture. This resulted in me not being able to remove the warning even though I had the GCC certificate and report for the remote. May I know what to do in this situation? What exactly should I do to resolve it? Is it hard to just keep going on like this? Please help to resolve this.

The test report is about the included accessory remote control. However, ASIN sells CD players, which do not have button batteries, so CD players cannot be tested.
So, what to do in this case?
Test the CD player? That's not practical because it doesn't have a button battery.
And the report provided, the product picture in it matches the accessory remote control that came with it.
