No response from case supports, it's been 2 weeks now.
I have already submitted the documents and have been waiting for two weeks for one of my listings, but I haven't received a response from the Amazon team regarding whether my application has been approved or not. I followed up on the existing case 2 times, but I still haven't received a reply.

This is your SECOND post on the same issue in the last couple days. If you follow Amazon policy the way you follow Forum Policies they may never respond!
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
I'm tagging some MODS DESPITE your multiple post violation since you provided a case number.
