A-to-z claim upheld even though we used Buy Shipping.

An order was shipped via FedEx using Buy Shipping and the tracking details ceased to update along the route (presumably lost). We directed the customer to file for a refund (which is an a-to-z claim) and it was granted, but Amazon charged us for the order and impacted our ODR. The whole point of Buy Shipping is prevent this. FedEx tracking 282554124878 shows the tracking details on their site (Dec 2nd to Dec 9th), but the window on Amazon when clicking on the tracking number only shows the initial tracking detail on Dec 2nd. We have two more claims like this currently being reviewed as well (that is, undelivered orders for which we were charged and hit on ODR despite having used Buy Shipping). What's next?

Your label was created on 12/2 but the first acceptance scan is 12/6....what date were you supposed to ship by?

what did the rejection say when you appealed?

It was shipped a day late, which seems to be why it was not covered. Thank you for pointing that out. The rejection was boilerplate and made no mention of it. Would be helpful if they could at least type a second sentence. Thanks again.
