Unsatisfactory Experience with Amazon – Unjustified Deductions

I was recently surprised to find that Amazon deducted **SAR 50** twice from my account without any clear reason or prior notice. What made it more frustrating is that the product **was not returned**, yet the deductions were made as if a return had taken place.

After contacting customer service and going through a review process, the amount was eventually refunded. However, the question remains:

**How can such arbitrary deductions be made without any respect for the seller’s account or efforts?**
