Lost inventory but Amazon didn’t process it
Hello everyone,
The reason I contacted Amazon was because I was concerned about Amazon's handling of my FNSKU: X001ZWCOBX, X00266NTCF, X0023RRHF7, Very frustrated with the way FBA handles inventory. On March 27, 2025, all of my inventory was seized with no explanation. Since then, I have sent numerous emails, opened multiple cases, and even called the FBA team. Unfortunately, all I received was a generic response that read: "We have contacted our internal team for information regarding your request. We will get back to you as soon as there are updates or if you require any further information connect.
When I received the response, I was told that FC had 35 items pending, either waiting to be transferred, waiting to be verified, or waiting to be investigated. However, a week later, my inventory still hadn't arrived. FC's processing time usually takes no more than three days, so this delay would cause my sales to drop and affect my business. What's more, my high-value products seriously affected my funds!
To make matters worse, Amazon's support team seems inexperienced and unresponsive. They have not provided any meaningful help. Two of my cases are still pending with no resolution in sight. I have never been able to get compensation. I have provided a receipt, but Amazon still replies that the product is in the warehouse and is still being looked for. This efficiency is very disappointing!
Amazon, if you're listening, please teach your employees how to treat sellers and resolve our issues effectively. This lack of support is unacceptable.
