I am writing with urgency and deep concern regarding a serious issue with my seller account TUGBA AMAZ (Seller ID: APDN9APUBOG5J).
My account was successfully reinstated over a week ago, following full compliance with all policy requirements. However, my funds remain unavailable, and I have received no response from Amazon.sa support or the disbursement team despite my repeated messages.
Held amount: SAR 6,408.32
Current status: Displayed as “Expenses > Other” in the Payments dashboard
Available balance: SAR 0.00
No pending claims, chargebacks, or fraud investigations
Formal request sent on April 2nd – no reply received
These funds were earned from legitimate sales activity before suspension. The delay in releasing them is now critically impacting my business.
I respectfully and urgently request the following:
An immediate review by a qualified Payment Specialist
A clear update on the reason for delay, or direct release of funds
Confirmation that my case is no longer in an automated queue and is being handled by a human reviewer
Amazon emphasizes transparency and fairness – I have fulfilled every requirement. I now ask the same from your side. If unresolved, I will escalate this issue through all available internal and external channels.
