I am stuck and can not find a way to contact Amazon. We have registered to sell on Amazon USA but can not figure out how to actually get the products shipped there. Could anyone assist me on the process, cost and how to make sure it gets through USA customs?

Based on the timing of your post, I am assuming you are somewhere in Europe.
I would have to mention that selling on Amazon is one of the hardest things you can do. If you are unfamiliar with how to send inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers, I would suggest you learn a ton more about the platform. Without proper knowledge of the platform, and its rare to have proper knowledge, you are at risk of losing 1000s of Euros.
If you want to make sure your items get through customs, you need to work with a competent freight forwarder who will let you ship items via DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). The easiest way to do this is to buy all your items from China and use Amazon Global Logistics for your shipping needs as they can take care of customs problems. Not to mention, your items are given priority arrival if they are shipped through Amazon Global Logistics.
