Unreturned Item After Full Refund Issued – Buyer Unresponsive Need Assistance Please

The order was delivered to the buyer successfully and as described.
On July 8, 2024, the buyer requested a return, which we promptly accepted and provided a prepaid return label. However, the buyer has never returned the product, nor have they responded to any communication attempts. Additionally, the buyer has disabled incoming messages, making it impossible for us to reach them directly.
Despite no merchandise being returned, Amazon issued a full refund to the buyer. We filed an appeal regarding this situation, but it was denied.
We are seeking assistance on how to proceed, as we are now left without both the product and the payment. Since the buyer is unresponsive, we would appreciate any guidance on how to retrieve the item or resolve this matter fairly.
