Urgent Help Needed: FBA Removal Order Received with Missing Items and Incorrect Tracking IDs

I'm facing a very troubling issue and urgently need your help and advice.
Problem Description
I recently created a removal order from Amazon to transfer my FBA inventory to my overseas warehouse. However, when I received the shipment, I found that nearly half of the items were missing.
Detailed Situation
Tracking ID Issues:
I checked all the tracking IDs provided by Amazon.
Most of the tracking IDs cannot be found or have no information available.
Some tracking IDs are incorrect and belong to other orders, not mine.
Only a small portion of the tracking IDs are correct and have tracking information.
Account Issue:
My seller account is currently suspended and under appeal, so I cannot contact Amazon Seller Support at this moment.
Actions Taken
I have double-checked all provided tracking IDs and confirmed the issues.
Due to my account suspension, I am unable to reach out to Amazon Seller Support.
Help Needed
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How did you resolve it?
Are there any alternative ways to contact Amazon support while my account appeal is in process?
Any recommended solutions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Additional Information
I used the standard removal order process and have never encountered such an issue before.
I am looking to resolve this issue as soon as possible to avoid further inventory loss.

Removal orders come in batches and not all together and it takes weeks and months. So, just wait.
If your account was suspended for IP complaints you will not get back these BRANDED items.
