Account at risk of deactivation competative seller complain
My account is at risk of deactivation .
I received a message in my seller center buyer message from my competitor seller to increase the price of product otherwise he will purchase the product and deactive my account by reporting.I report the message but after 4 days same thing happened.I talk to health support and the check all the details anf told me that its from competative seller because product is not delieverd yet and buyer complain before delivery. I submit all the details included Invoices,Messages screenshot from competative seller,Product picture and other neccesary documents. But my appeal is rejected by saying we cant connect with wholesaler.I contact my wholesaler he said amazon did not cobtact him.Also this complain is false and from my competative seller. Why amazon did not see this as a error as they mentioned in their policies. This is very non serious behaviour from amazon side and very disappoinment and headache for sellers like me who effected from this. Kindly give me suggesion and any legal or other way to solve this issue.
