if your listing is mainly in Arabic, Amazon still not that good in searching products in Arabic. Try focusing on the English information on your product

I've the same issue. Non of my products show when searching the key words and this is negatively affecting my store especially as new store. I asked amazon's customer support and I was told that the search will only show high quality products...
