Account got deactivated after switching to Professional account
Hello!
I have been selling on Amazon for a while now under the Individual plan. I switched over to the professional plan and received an email stating my account got deactivated. Is there a reason for this? How can I fix it?

You are told in the notice you received. It is a verification step. The notice will have said something in reference to a piped utility bill or business license and having a valid credit card on file (not a debit card).

You did read the suspension email that you were sent, right?
