Inventory lost by amazon , but they are saying they did not receive
Hi Everyone,
I am not sure how Amazon KSA is working, We are selling in UAE for long but never face this issue. and This was the first time we sent goods to amazon KSA and they lost 200 units (2 difference skus 100 units eack sku) , At first they receive our inveotry of all the products , but after 2 days automatically inventory become 0 , we raise a query that it is lost, but they are saying it is not received.
We have sent them receiving proof amazon stamped, packing list, even the picture of goods which recieved earlier and become 0, becase it is my habbit to take picture of the goods received . I show them a proof that it is received and than lost. But still they are keep on saying it is not delivered.
What should I do in that case? As i have delivered the goods but they are the one who lost it.

We have also encountered such a problem before, and in the end they still did not compensate us.
