Issue with Warehouse Address & Scheduling Delivery in Seller Central

I've recently encountered a situation that I'm hoping to get some advice on from the experienced sellers here. As I was preparing to send my products to an Amazon fulfillment center, first I automatically got the warehouse in Jeddah. After contacting the support they redirected the shipment to URU1 in Riyadh. Now, I realize that the address provided on the shipping labels generated from Seller Central is different from the actual address of the warehouse. This discrepancy has left me a bit confused and concerned about where to send my inventory.
Has anyone else experienced a difference between the address on your shipping labels and the real address of the Amazon warehouse? If so, how did you resolve this issue to ensure your inventory was correctly received?
Also, I need some guidance on how to schedule a delivery to the Amazon warehouse correctly through Seller Central. Who needs to book an appointment, me or the carrier? And how to predict the exact time when the carrier will deliver the shipment?
I would greatly appreciate any insights, tips, or instructions you could provide based on your experiences.
