Shipment lost by amazon and they don't want to do anything..

Hello everyone,

Amazon lost us a whole box of products.

They closed the shipment, we sent them proof of receipt from Fedex (with the signature of an Amazon employee).

No response from them. They don't want to refund anything and let things drag on without offering us a solution.

We are a small business and this lost stock is a big loss for us.

How come they don't want to help us, even answer us when the loss is their fault??

Just to confirm, have you followed the steps listed on this help page in order to reconcile your shipment? Also, if you haven't done so already, I would recommend reading through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
