I received this feedback when I attempted to list my product.

"We found that you are not UPC exempted. Also, as per our system of records the UPC owner and Brand do not relate."

My product has a valid UPC, but when I search on the GS1 database, it only indicates the UPC's Company Name, and not brand name. So how can Amazon match UPC owner on GS1 site and the Brand?

Example of this is a Philips Toothbrush with UPC 075020100757. If you look it up on the GS1 site, there is no brand name that will pop up. How can I resolve this?
