ADS CAMPAIGN NOT RECEIVEING IMPRESSIONS

Hello, can anyone advise or give suggestions on what to do when ads campaign receive no impressions whatsoever?

These campaigns of mine that are not receiving impressions were high performing campaigns before this but suddenly stopped running.

Search term, relevant keywords on listings, bidding to the max are all sufficient.

Any idea as to what happened?

Thank you.

Is the product available with inventory in the markets you are advertising in?

Did you make any changes to the listing category or other metadata that might cause a conflict?

Are these long-tail keywords or seasonal keywords which few people search on?

"Bidding to the max" - is this your own max that you are comfortable with, or the top of the recommended range in Amazons suggestions?

Did you create a new or duplicate campaign with the same keywords and bids? What happened?

Did you reach out to Advertising support? What did they say?

You would not know if bidding to the max is it since you don't know what others are bidding.

Ive had this happen a few times, its almost ALWAYS one of three things:

1) Your product was flagged as adult. Usually incorrectly (contact amazon and ask to confirm)

2) You have a term somewhere in your listing (usually in search terms) that is "unallowed". I copied and pasted "Lego" into one of my toy listings by accident for search terms and the campaign stopped delivering. Within an hour of removing it, the impressions came back. You cant use branded terms or anything like "Prime, Best Seller, etc. It's confusing because you can launch with these keywords and it works until it doesnt.

3) Check that no bots changed the category on your item.

If none of the three apply, contact amazon.

Keep raising your bids. Not sure what you mean by bidding is to the max. The recommend bids within the campaign settings don't represent the true max bid. Either apply a % increase or manually raise your bid.

Hello @Seller_rfDstds0Pt3tW

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums and thank you to members of the community for the guidance and suggestions.

If your campaign isn't receiving any clicks or impressions, check the campaign settings to make sure that your campaign is running and that it's accurately configured so your ads are showing up to customers. You can monitor the impressions for your ads in your campaign manager. Your campaign won’t receive any impressions if it isn't running or if it has performance issues related to campaign configuration. Feel free to review this help page for additional information regarding troubleshooting your campaign.

Regards,

Check that your advertised product(s) have the buy box/featured offer, because if they don't, the campaign automatically pauses. This just happened to me, so I just put some different products in the portfolio until we get the buy box back.

All my older ads run fine. Seems like this is happening on every single new one I create. I'm not sure what the problem is either
