Well this is confusing 🤣
so this is what was sent to me after Amazon requested a utility bill to verify my identity. They said it’s approved but still cannot activate my account due to an another policy violation. Upon checking the policy violation is the same thing that was required for the utility bill identity verification. Very confusing and upset about this and I have messaged support to only have them tell me that it is still unresolved.
This is what was said -
Thank you for your recent submission. It has been reviewed and accepted. However, your account remains deactivated at this time.
Why is this happening?
Due to unresolved policy violations from the following dates, we are unable to reactive your account. The dates are in YYYY-MM-DD format:
