I lost my phone with MFA and seller support can't seem to help me...

I had Google Authenticator for my account for the OTP/MFA type. (Not the text my number a code to login) on my account. I lost my phone, and got a new one, and now I don't have a Google Authenticator code anymore. I've been through the account recovery at least 10 times, and I submit my drivers license, I get an email that says my account will be reviewed in 1-2 days, but I never hear anything back. I've contact seller support many times, but they just keep sending me password reset emails, and dont understand I am trying to get my MFA reset. Anyone have advice here?

Thankfully I have this alternate admin account I made for such a problem as this. I can no longer login to my account on the web as this has been a problem for weeks, and the cached cookies have finally fallen off. I can still login to my account on my phones thankfully. But I am at a loss.

IF you are the owner of the Primary User email, read following thread. If you have no access to the primary user email, you will not be able to login again in your account.

Btw you could have bought a SIM card with your same old number for your new phone.
