CLT2 Charlotte, NC US - Shipment Taking Very Long to Check In After Delivery

Hi,

I noticed my Shipment ID FBA1841ZN5KH to fulfillment center CLT2 is taking very long to check in. It was delivered on July 27, 2024. Today is August 8, 2024, so it has been 9 Business Days and still no check in. It normally does not take this long. I have out of stock inventory that I urgently need back in stock ASAP.

From Amazon Shipment Summary Page:

"Your shipment has been delivered to Amazon FC. Small-parcel shipments can take up to 4 days to move to Checked in status."

Is something going on? Why is it taking so long to check in, especially not during any sort of peak times?
